Chevron Infinity Scarf Crochet Pattern - Free PDF Download

I hope you are all having a wonderful Holiday season! I have been very busy working on many Holiday custom orders, but I have been able to work on a few little patterns in the process; including the Holiday Bulb/Bauble pattern and the Little Ones Keyhole scarf.

I designed the Chevron Infinity Scarf last winter when I needed something special and unique to give as a gift to a few special people on my list. These included family members, children's teachers, and our postal carrier. Everyone loved how heavy, unique looking, and so full of color this scarf is. It looks great with or without a coat on.

The cool weather is fast approaching, especially here in upstate New York. I mean we have already had snow! Hard to believe. I love wearing a scarf on chilly days and always have one on. They seem to add that little bit of extra warmth. My two little ones wanted one too, but I get annoyed with how they always blow away or fall off.

So, I designed one that is perfect for a little one and stays on! It is gender neutral, but full of texture, so both my daughter and son can wear it. They can easily be appliqued too, so you can add this scarf to any little winter set you are making! My two have requested snowflakes and spiders.

I love making crocheted Christmas ornaments for our family Christmas tree! Having a 3 year old little boy, a 5 year old little girl, and furry friends who love the ornaments; the bottom of the tree is not where I want any breakable ornaments. These cookies are easy to whip up and taste divine! It is like a Peanut Butter Cookie and a Snickerdoodle cookie came together!! My little guy would have eaten a whole tray if I would have let him!
They are crunchy on the outside due to the cinnamon sugar coating, but so soft and chewy on the inside. What more could you ask for?!

My Gardening 2015

YAY!! We just put in our family garden! We actually have two gardens going this year. We have a vegetable garden in the ground full of tomatoes, yellow squash, zucchini, green beans, onions, and broccoli. Then we decided to make a little herb and lettuce garden too. I thought they would work best in pots right off our kitchen deck!

My Daughter's 5th Birthday Party - Elf on the Shelf Theme

My Favorite Crochet Bag!!

I often get asked if I have a favorite craft bag because there are so many to choose from! It took me a while to find one that I really liked and accommodated all my needs. I wanted one that had many pockets of all sizes so I could put everything from my current patterns to my hooks in when I wanted to. I searched and found the Vivid Allon Eco Bag. It has many patterns - I chose the Red Floral pattern and it is so pretty.

Z's 3rd Birthday Party - Polar Express Themed

Every year I love planning super fun themed birthday parties for my two little ones! My son Z loves wheels and any vehicle that has wheels! As the holidays were approaching and we started pulling out all of our favorite books; he fell in love with The Polar Express, so that is how we came up with the theme for his 3rd birthday celebration!

My New OttLite Light!

I am so excited!!! This year for Christmas my Santa brought me a new craft light!! It is the OttLite 2 in 1 LED Magnifier Floor And Table Lamp. It has wonderful LED daylights that light up my yarn, especially the dark colors, really well! It also has a magnifier too, which is great for threading needles and other small tasks! There is no more strain on my eyes at night or when working on small items, and that has helped with some of my headaches too.

Heart of Love Square Crochet Pattern

How cute is this square?! It makes a lovely square for many of your Valentine's projects! I designed it and used it to make a blanket for a little baby that is due close to Valentine's day! I incorporated another square into the blanket as well, and that square is coming next!!

Hello to 2015!

Hello Everyone!! Sorry I sort of disappeared for a bit!! The month of December is extremely busy in our house. Both of my daughter and son have birthdays, and then with all the other holiday going-ons it gets so hectic! However, I love every bit of it from all the planning to being with our family and friends!
