I am so excited to
release this pattern! Not only is it my very first crochet dress set pattern,
but it is also my 20th pattern!!
I have always wanted
to design a dress set from start to finish, and I have so many notes written
down for several different styles. So, I picked a couple of my favorite
possibilities from my list and went with it!
I'm calling this my
Sunny Day Dress set because the pattern on the skirt reminds me so much of
little rays of sunshine! Also, the hat with its ruffled edge is reminiscent of
a fine lady's sun hat.
I wanted a set that wasn't too frilly, more of an everyday dress that a little princess could wear. My daughter always loves to wear a dress, but sometimes all the extra frills can get in the way …
